Monthly agent time is the account-level work allowance. Seat packages add the per-seat allowance into one pooled account total, so a 10-seat Team starter includes 1,000,000 pooled minutes / month. Desktop surfaces show remaining time, renewal state, and the current Account view action before users start more work.
